Brian Golbad is a third-generation Iranian-American landlord, born in Hollywood and raised in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. From a young age, Brian had a front-row seat to the world of real estate, tagging along with his father to handle emergency maintenance calls across Los Angeles, Oxnard, Hollywood, and Van Nuys. One of his fondest childhood memories? Grabbing a tool and heading out with his dad to fix a leak or troubleshoot an electrical issue—always learning, always hands-on. It was there, in those formative moments, that his passion for real estate and helping people took root. Known as his father’s right-hand “tool box” man, Brian didn’t just fall into the world of property ownership—he grew up in it. That early exposure instilled in him not only a love for real estate, management, and renovation, but also a deep-seated pride in helping others find homes and secure the financing they need to begin building lives of their own.
At just 27, Brian turned that childhood dream into reality by purchasing his first multi-family property. That experience sparked a belief that continues to fuel his journey today: when you work hard and set clear goals, dreams are not only possible—they’re inevitable. Over the years, Brian gained experience working with some of the largest real estate developers and financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo Advisors.
